Chris was raised on the South Fork of Long Island and has 24 years in the construction industry. Chris began working as a carpenter at the age of 15, before college and again during summer breaks.
After graduating from the University of Buffalo, Chris continued his work in the industry as a carpenter and then as a field superintendent. Chris took these 13 years of field experience skills and brought them in-house working as a project manager, before being promoted to Operations Manager.
Another area of Chris’ expertise involves project permitting. He has established excellent working relationships with relative departments at the county, town and village level and is very well respected for his honest and direct approach to solving permitting issues.
The progression of his work history with a start in the field has given him a thorough understanding of all facets of construction including constructability, budgets and timelines. His personable demeanor, positive attitude and professionalism make him a highly effective and respected team leader.
