*Divide the trade work into individual trade bid packages & assemble bid packages
*Process bidder rfi's and design team responses
*Evaluate, equalize and summarize bid results
*Monitor trade contractor insurance coverages
CONSTRUCTION & POST CONSTRUCTION PHASES:
*Provide full time jobsite administration & mobilize the job
*Manage the submittal process & schedule the work of the trade contractors
*Observe the work for compliance with the contract documents
