DESIGN & APPROVAL PHASE:
*Permitting
*Facilitate collaborative effort in design development
*Continual budget and schedule updates & value engineering

BIDDING PHASE:
*Divide the trade work into individual trade bid packages & assemble bid packages
*Process bidder rfi’s (request for information) and design team responses
*Evaluate, equalize and summarize bid results
*Monitor trade contractor insurance coverages

CONSTRUCTION & POST CONSTRUCTION PHASES:
*Provide full time jobsite administration & mobilize the job
*Manage the submittal process & schedule the work of the trade contractors
*Observe the work for compliance with the contract documents
*Conduct pre construction meetings with each trade contractor to review project/leed requirements before work begins
*Conduct weekly job and safety meetings
*Manage open items, rfi’s (request for information) and work revisions & process contractor requisitions
*Manage punch list, commissioning, and training processes
*Coordinate closeout and LEED paperwork
